Genoway had joined Lausanne from HC Lugano in 2011 and appeared in 169 games for LHC, scoring 59 goals and 132 assists in four seasons, two of the in the NLB.
The past season had not been an easy one for the Canadian. Due to a ligament injury, the 31-year-old was not able to make his season debut before the middle of November. And since then, he only appeared in 21 games, having to cope with the role as supernumerary import-player behind Hytönen, Bång, Pesonen and Louhivaara most of the time. (lcu)
