HC Fribourg-Gottéron's Yannick Rathgeb, 20, was selected 144th overall by Avangard Omsk. Furthermore, Swiss-Russian Philipp Kurashev, 16, who played on loan from SC Bern with the GCK Lions' U20 team last season, was drafted by SKA St. Petersburg 139th overall. (mso)
