"The E.H.C. should play the role of an employers' organization and to [sic] be a challenging interest and pressure group," Lüthi explains. Moreover, at Monday's meeting, the founding members agreed on five main long-term goals.
At this moment, 72 hockey teams from several Europen leagues are part of the E.H.C. alliance, which was provisionally founded in March. From the Swiss leagues, SC Bern, EHC Biel, HC Davos, HC Fribourg-Gottéron, Genève-Servette HC, EHC Kloten, Lausanne HC, HC Lugano, EV Zug, the ZSC Lions, and the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers are amongst them.
