Another reinforcement - Garrett Stafford to play with the Eagles

Before joining Färjestad BK during this summer, Stafford has played in North America with various AHL teams (726 games, 390 points) and also completed seven games in the NHL with the Detroit Red Wings, Dallas Stars and Phoenix Coyotes.

The 33yr-old was recently loaned to Björklöven in Sweden's second-highest league (Allsvenskan), after recording three points (2 goals, 1 assist) in 12 games with Färjestad.

Garrett Stafford will join the Eagles in addition to the already confirmed reinforcements Inti Pestoni, Markus Nordlund (HC Ambrì-Piotta) and Swiss netminder Robert Mayer (Hamilton Bulldogs, AHL).
