Medical Report

MEDICAL REPORT - Yesterday, Hockey Thurgau had to play their second game against HC Ajoie in as many days without their import forward Danny Irmen. According to the St. Galler Tagblatt, the American was struck in the face by a stick in the game on Saturday.

Further medical examinations at the beginning of this week will be needed but Hockey Thurgau's manager Adrian Fetscherin expects Irmen to be out for several weeks. If so, Hockey Thurgau will likely have to search the market for a replacement.

Additionally, Hockey Thurgau lost two more players yesterday in their 6-1 loss to HCA as both Kevin Kühni and Fabian Maier were not able to finish the game. Maier did return to play at first but was suffering from headaches that forced him to give up.
