As HC Lugano announces, they will have to make do without Clarence Kparghai for the rest of the Playoff Final against SC Bern.
>The 30-year-old defenseman suffered a rupture of the cruciate ligament in his right knee in Saturday's game at the PostFinance arena. He will have to undergo surgery in the upcoming days and will be out for several months. (mso)
