Forster, who won an Olympic bronze medal, will start into her second season with Neuchâtel. “I always wanted to play for a top team”, she said. “The club gives me this opportunity with their reinforcements.” The 23-year-old defender will also practice weekly with the second league men’s team Delémont-Vallée.
With Andrea Brändli, Neuchâtel was able to secure the services of one of the best Swiss goaltenders. The 19-year-old was instrumental for the promotion of the U18 national team in 2014 with a save percentage of over 95 percent. At the World Championship in Kamloops Brändli was netminder number three behind Florence Schelling and Sophie Anthamatten.
