Gauthier Girardin, 19, played for EHC Biel's Elite A team as well as for HC Ajoie last season. During the regular season, he suited up 21 times for the Ajoulots and even had the opportunity to play two playoff games for them. In those 23 games, he scored three assists. Now, however, he will have to continue his career in the First League.

Mathieu Brahier, who had played for HC Ajoie since he was a junior player, made his NLB debut for them last season. After ten games, however, he was sent to HC Franches-Montagnes and played another 15 games for them in the First League. He will now return to this team.

In other news, Alexandre Piquerez, who also prepared for the season in the Ajoie, will not have the opportunity to play for HCA next season. The 21-year-old forward will stay in the First League and play for HC Star-Forward. (bsc)
