If Olten decided to hire the 48-year-old Canadian, who played 315 games in the National League A over the course of his active career (Lugano, Langnau, Zug), this would probably mean that their assistant coach Dino Stecher will be promoted to the head coaching position, the Blick writes.
Todd Elik is currently coaching St. Imier in the first league. However, this would not be a hindrance for him to join Olten's coaching staff as he does have an out-clause for the National League.
