While ZSC Lions Wick and HC Davos' Beat Forster both have said no to Switzerland's new head coach, SC Bern's Martin Plüss wants to decide on a possible return after the end of this season.
Martin Plüss had announced his retirement from the national team in April of the past year. The 38-year-old had completed 239 games in the jersey of Switzerland since 2002, in which he recorded a total of 56 goals and 78 assists for 134 points and participated in four Olympic games (2002, 2006, 2010, 2014). Nach Wick und Forster (2x nein) hat Naticoach Fischer auch mit M. Plüss gesprochen. Rücktritt vom Rücktritt? Entscheid nach SCB-Saisonende.
