Rumours that Genève-Servette HC is interested in signing the 29yr-old Finnish forward Lennart Petrell have been circulating for a while. According to the "Neue Luzerner Zeitung", it seems to be getting more concrete now. The winger has played for the Edmonton Oilers during the past two seasons (95 games, 18 points) and could now definitely sign with GSHC.

The second player that Chris McSorley has in high regard is the 30yr-old Canadian Kyle Wellwood. He has even more NHL-experience than Petrell: Since 2005 he is part of the so-called best league in the world and has played for Toronto, Vancouver, San Jose and Winnipeg. He has completed a total of 529 NHL-games in which he scored 96 goals and 159 assists.
