While the 32-year-old forward is not willing to disclose too much about his future, he states that he would like to stay in Switzerland and that he likes it in Zürich. However, as the newspaper speculates, the Lions will not be the only team interested in the Swedish Canadian; teams like HC Lugano will surely try to lure him away from Zürich.

Nilsson has been part of the Lions' organisation since 2013. In total, the forward has appeared in 233 games for them, scoring 62 goals and 147 assists.
