Loeffel’s agent Gaëtan Voisard had denied to the Tribune de Genève that the Bianconeri were in talks with the defenseman in mid-September. The Swiss international himself was not willing to comment on the situation then.
Loeffel has been part of the Grenats ever since he was traded to them in early 2014. This season thus far, he has scored two goals and one assist in 14 games.
