"In Canada, there are no discussions in January or February. They only irritate the players," O'Leary states. "I would like to stay in Langenthal. And I hope that I can stay. But I still don't know." However, team manager Noël Guyaz adds, "He is doing an excellent job. We would like to continue to work with him."

O'Leary joined SC Langenthal as an assistant coach in 2013. The 38-year-old Canadian was then promoted to head coach in December of 2014.
