The 29-year-old defenseman will join Olten as of the next season on a two-year deal after three years in the Valais. He adds the experience of 100 NLA and 320 NLB games to the team of Bengt-Åke Gustafsson.
Bucher was the captain of his team this past season and was able to put up eight goals and eleven assists in 50 games for EHC Visp.
