According to the Berner Zeitung, the SCL Tigers are likely to announce the signing of their fifth import-player tomorrow. And it might be Finnish forward Eero Elo, who recently played for KHL's Sibir Novosibirsk.

Nevertheless, it is not only Elo who has been bringing into contact with the crisis-hit Tigers recently, but also his Finnish teammate Joonas Kemppainen as well as compatriot Oskar Osala from KHL's Metallurg Magnitogorsk. According to the same source, however, it is most likely that it will be Eero Elo, whose contract was dissolved last Sunday.

As for Elo, the 26-year-old joined the Kontinental Hockey League and Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg as of the 2015-16 season from Liiga's Ässät. Under contract with Sibir Novosibirsk since summer, the Finn managed to put up one goal and two assists in a total of eight appearances for them.
