The 39-year-old forward, 64th overall pick of the Vancouver Canucks in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft, played over 700 games (63 goals, 89 assists) in the NHL for Vancouver, Pittsburgh, Ottawa, and Anaheim.
During the last three seasons, he dressed up in Finland for Jokerit Helsinki, where he scored 37 goals and 53 assists in 176 games.
