"We will see. We are thriving, but one has to see how the playoffs will go", says the 29-year-old forward when asked if he is in possession of an out-clause. "You are never really satisfied, that's the charm. We are passionate about what we do and want to move forward all the time."

Klasen has eleven goals and 35 assists in 45 games for HC Lugano this season. Currently in his second year with HCL, his contract with the Bianconeri expires at the end of the 2017-18 season. (mso)

UPDATE As team manager Roland Habisreutinger tells Ticinonews, they are planning with Klasen for next season and the season after that. "I think there was a problem with the translation of the interview Linus gave in Swedish. He has in no way claimed to not return to Lugano next season. " (mso) - 09 February 2016, 2:22 PM
