Since he returned to Zug in 2013, Bürgler was not able to live up to the high expectations. In 86 games for EVZ, he only scored 19 goals. That is why Zug asked him to find a new team - in spite of a contract until 2018. As the Blick reports, HC Lugano is interested in the services of the 28-year-old. But not to the same conditions as in Zug. So either Bürgler accepts less money, or EVZ will have to pay the difference.
