After reciving his fourth goal in yesterday's 7-5 home win against the EV Zug, Kloten Flyers' goalie Martin Gerber left the ice from his own initiative (32nd minute) and was replaced by backup Jonas Müller.
As the "Tages Anzeiger" reports, the 39yr-old could have suffered an (undisclosed) injury, which makes him unable to move as desired. It is uncertain whether Gerber will be between the pipes in tonight's return game in Zug.
Furthermore, the Flyers possibly also have to cope without their Finnish topscorer Tommi Santala tonight. Santala had to leave the ice yesterday during the first period due to problems with his back. In the last two periods, he only appeared sporadically.
