Viral infection? - SC Bern's Chuck Kobasew out indefinitely

MEDICAL REPORT - SC Bern has to cope without their Canadian forward Chuck Kobasew until further notice. The 32-year-old already missed their last game against EV Zug (2-3 loss) with an injury.

Kobasew sustained the injury in their road game against HC Ambrì-Piotta last Friday, "Der Bund" writes. Both the nature of the injury and how long the forward is going to be sidelined are not yet known.

UPDATE According to the "Berner Zeitung", Chuck Kobasew is complaining of discomfort, which is why he did not take to the ice for the last two games. The newspaper thus speculates that he might be dealing with a viral infection. - 25 November 2014, 10:44 PM
