Medical Report

MEDICAL REPORT - SC Bern's defenceman and Olympian Philippe Furrer was missing again in yesterday's derby against EHC Biel (2-1). He suffers from recurring headaches and neck problems.

As the "Berner Zeitung" writes, Philippe Furrer was not part of SCB's squad yesterday because of recurring headaches. He had to pause already several times during the current season because of the same problem.

As the "Blick" reports, the SC Bern defenceman is probably going to miss the Olympic Games in Sochi due to his headaches. Apparently last year's National League A champion is not planning to let him play the next few weeks. This could also affect the Swiss National Team, for which he was selected a week ago, since the Olympic Games will start in less than a month.
