Medical Report
MEDICAL REPORT - Geoff Kinrade will probably not be able to play in tonight's CHL game against finnish team Tappara Tampere, as "Blick" reports.
The 29-year-old defenseman had to leave SCB's first Champions Hockey League game in the third period due to a check to the head by Oceláři Třinec's Aron Chmielewski. According to "Blick", Kinrade is not dealing with a concussion though, but will not suit up for tonight's game.
As for Chmielewski, he has received a two-game suspension for his check and will thus not be able to play against SC Bern in the PostFinance-Arena on September 4.
