NLA - At their annual assembly in October, Roland Staerkle is going to step down as EV Zug's president. An office he will have held for nine full seasons. With Hans-Peter Strebel, currently vice-president, an internal solution has been found.
The 54-year-old Staerkle (photo, on the left) has worked for EV Zug in several leading positions since 1994 and was elected as president in 2006. His successor Hans-Peter Strebel, 66, joined the Bulls' Board of Directors in 2010 and has acted as their vice-president since 2011. As of now, Strebel will be responsible for all the decisions concerning the upcoming season. (tme)
