Taylor Pyatt, who had joined the Grenats last summer, has played in 928 NHL games, scoring 304 points for the Buffalo Sabres, the Vancouver Canucks, the Arizona Coyotes, the New York Rangers and the Pittsburgh Penguins. This season, the 33-year-old forward has put up 18 goals and 12 assists for the Grenats.

As for Paul Ranger, he has still a valid contract with the Eagles until the end of the 2015-16 season, but he does no longer figure in the plans of Chris McSorley. However, the 30-year-old defenseman has yet to find a new team to play for the upcoming season.

In other news, 26-year-old defenseman Frédéric Iglesias is still without contract for the upcoming season. Meanwhile, the Grenats are looking for another (preferably Swiss) defenseman. (mso)
