As per the timeline given in early February, the Devils' captain returned to training with the rest of the team.

Nico Hischier sustained an upper-body injury at the end of January and was put on injured reserve by the New Jersey Devils. Now, he has returned to on-ice practice, Amanda Stein (team reporter of the Devils) writes on X. Moreover, Hischier told her that he feels like he should be good to go once the schedule resumes on Saturday.  

As for Jonas Siegenthaler, the head coach Sheldon Keefe has confirmed that the defender has undergone a procedure and will be re-evaluated in two to three weeks.
