EHC Biel without Jere Sallinen for six weeks

During the warm-up to the pre-season game against HC Ajoie on September 3, Jere Sallinen fractured a rib. EHC Biel expects him to be sidelined for about six weeks. At the moment it is not known whether the Seeländer will explore the market for a short-term replacement but they do already have seven imports under contract.
