In a press release, EHC Biel condemned the single judge's decision not to initiate proceedings against Denis Malgin, who delivered a hit to Léo Braillard. They will, however, not appeal the decision due to "time and money" constraints, as well as "our relevant experiences with the ice hockey judicial authorities during the current season."
Léo Braillard has appeared in 13 games for EHC Biel this season, recording one goal and one assist.
