The 37-year-old goaltender suffered a lower-body injury in practice and will be out until further notice.
Leonard Genoni sustained the injury last week and underwent further medical exams to determine how long he will be out of EV Zug's lineup.
The Bulls are were unable to provide an exact timeline for his return, but the goaltender is expected ro be out for several weeks.
Last season, Genoni appeared in 32 regular-season games for EVZ, posting a .919 save percentage.
