The Dragons will have to make do without their leading scorer at least until the Olympic break in February.
Marcus Sörensen was injured in Saturday's game against HC Lugano. He suffered the injury near the end of the game and was unable to return to the ice afterwards. HC Fribourg-Gottéron is now looking at the market to find a temporary replacement.
Sörensen has appeared in 32 regular-season games for HCFG, recording eight goals and 24 assists.
