The Canadian forward sustained an ankle injury yesterday evening during the game against HC Fribourg-Gottéron.

Following his injury, Michael Joly underwent a medical examination today. The results revealed a contusion and a sprain in his ankle, with an estimated recovery time of three weeks. The top-scorer of the Bianconeri will thus return towards the end of January.
The 29-year-old winger has found the back of the net eleven times and collected 17 assists in 28 games this season.
