The 22-year-old defenseman suffered the injury in the game against HC Ajoie this past Tuesday.
Rocco Pezzullo has entered the "return to play" protocol and is out indefinitely. Diego Kostner, too, is injured and did not play in last Sunday's game.
He is dealing with a muscle strain and should, if everything goes according to plan, be available to HC Ambrì-Piotta's coaching staff once the championship resumes.
