MEDICAL REPORT - According to "Le Matin" Dimanche, HC Red Ice will have to cope without their forward Florian Dähler for a longer time. The 27yr-old has to undergo a hip surgery on Monday and is not expected to return on the ice during the rest of the season.
In addition to Dähler, defender Lionel Girardin has suffered a shoulder injury in yesterday's game against HCTG. So far there is no information on the severity of the injury or if he will have to miss any games.
Furthermore, forward Rolf Portmann might return on the ice during the upcoming week, whereas Evgeni Chiriaev (knee injury) and Alexandre Posse are expected to make their comebacks on January 21 against the GCK Lions.
