Medical Report

Initially reported to be out for one or two weeks, the forward's recovery process takes longer than expected. He may or may not be back before the international break.

"In my opinion, he still has three weeks to go", HC Fribourg-Gottéron's team manager Gerd Zenhäusern tells "La Liberté" regarding his Swedish protege. A puck hit Lucas Wallmark to the nose on September 26, and the forward has been sidelined since then.

To possibly strengthen his team during Wallmark's absence - and in the long term, Zenhäusern is sounding the import market. "If we find the right candidate for the rest of the season, things could happen in the next two weeks."
