The forward suffered his injury on Sunday and was sidelined for yesterday's game against Ajoie. It remains to be seen whether he will return on Friday.
A lower-body injury, sustained on Sunday against Genève-Servette HC, kept Sean Malone out of the SCL Tigers' lineup yesterday. As the "Berner Zeitung" writes, the US-American is likely to miss Friday's encounter with the ZSC Lions as well.
Earlier this season, Malone was already sidelined for a month, from October to November.
