According to "La Liberté", he is dealing with a minor injury. He had already been out prior to last weekend: he sustained an injury on November 27 in the game against Genève-Servette HC but was supposed to make his comeback against the SCL Tigers. However, the 32-year-old was scratched by Pat Emond.

His availability for Sweden at the Swiss Ice Hockey Games, being held in Fribourg, is uncertain. At the latest, HC Fribourg-Gottéron hopes for the comeback of last season's league Top Scorer on December 20 when they will face EHC Kloten.
