Head injury for Frölunda's Dominik Egli

After the blow to the head, Dominik Egli was checked by the medical staff of the club and returned to the locker room, the Göteborgs-Posten reports. The head coach of Frölunda HC, Robert Ohlsson, reveals that he fears a concussion and that he does not plan on having Egli back on Saturday.

The 27-year-old defender has recently been announced as part of the Swiss national team for the Finnish stage of the Euro Hockey Tour. It remains to be seen whether he will indeed be able to make the trip to Tampere.
