The 32-year-old defenseman took a hit to the head in the 54th minute of Sunday's game against Genève-Servette HC and had to be helped off the ice.

As Martin Steinegger, EHC Biel's team manager, tells the "Bieler Tagblatt", he did not bother Linus Hultström on Monday to give him time to recover. However, Steinegger thinks that it is not as severe as anticipated.
Hultström will be reassessed mid-week and after that the team will make a decision whether the Swede will return to the lineup for this weekend's games.
