MEDICAL REPORT - During Genève-Servette HC's last game against the Kloten Flyers, their defenseman Romain Loeffel had to leave the ice injured. Today, he has to undergo surgery.
Shortly after the game it has been reported that Loeffel's season is over due to a knee injury. An MRI showed that Loeffel suffered a sprained knee. As the club informs, he has to undergo surgery today and will definitely be out for the rest of the season.
