SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers without Nico Dünner for several weeks

The SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers will have to do without captain Nico Dünner for an extended period. The 31-year-old forward took a blow to the hand during a test game against EHC Kloten last Thursday and now needs surgery. According to the Lakers, Dünner will be out for around six weeks. 

Dünner has played 46 games so far this season, scoring nine goals and contributing 17 assists.
