In yesterday's home game against Lausanne HC (5-8 loss), Rapperswil-Jona Lakers' 31yr-old defenseman Andreas Camenzind had to leave the ice in the 53rd minute, after taking a check into the the side boards. He was directly taken to the hospital suspected of suffering a heavy celebral concussion. How long the Lakers' have to cope without him is not yet clear.
