MEDICAL REPORT - Hockey Thurgau's Joshua Blasbalg will have to miss the rest of this season as the forward has suffered a cruciate ligament and meniscus rupture, leaving him side-lined for eight months.
Blasbalg suffered the injury last Saturday during warm-ups with EHC Wetzikon, with whom he was playing on loan via B-License.
The 21-year-old has to undergo surgery and Hockey Thurgau hopes that he will be ready to fully start into the season preparation with the team next summer.
