Injured during Saturday's clash of the Lions, the forward will not suit up for a while. Luckily, the cruciate ligament was not torn.

"We do not know the exact nature of the injury yet, but the worst-case scenario has not materialized", Lausanne HC's team manager John Fust tells "Blick". Antti Suomela had to be helped off the ice after a collision with ZSC Lions defenseman Yannick Weber. He appeared to have suffered a knee injury.
An additional import might get signed as replacement for the Finn, but it depends on how the market looks.
