Lausanne HC's forward Ken Jäger has been fined and suspended, while HC Lugano's defender Jesper Peltonen has only been fined.

Ken Jäger has been sanctioned due to a check to the head/neck area of HC Davos' Julian Parrée. The current player of Lausanne HC - and future member of HC Davos - has been suspended for one game and fined CHF 2'500.-. The incident occurred during the second period of yesterday's game, and for that action, Jäger received a game misconduct penalty.

For his part, Jesper Peltonen received only a CHF 1'000.- fine. Towards the end of the second period, the referee decided after video review to inflict a game misconduct penalty on the Finn for a check with the elbow against HC Fribourg-Gottéron's Yannick Rathgeb.
