In the game between HC Lugano and Lausanne HC, defender Aurelien Marti hit Daniel Carr on the visor with his stick. According to single judge Stefan Müller, Carr's reaction to the high sticking was unnatural and exaggerated. For this reason, the Canadian must pay a fine of CHF 2'000.-.
