Being the active part in a hit to the head incident, the defenseman will have to sit out at least one game.

In Game 3 of the Swiss League playoff series between the GCK Lions and EHC Basel, the home team's Dominik Buchli delivered a hit to the head of Brett Supinski. The incident has caused the league's disciplinary forces to provisionally suspend the 24-year-old plus open proceedings against him. Buchli will thus miss at least Game 4 of the series.
