Proceedings and provisional suspension for HCD's Brendan Lemieux

In yesterday's Act 3 of the semifinal series between the ZSC Lions and HC Davos, Brendan Lemieux landed a punch against an official. The forward was involved in a scuffle with Chris Baltisberger, a linesman tried to intervene, and instead of hitting his opponent, Lemieux hit the linesman. As he was ejected from the game, proceedings have now been initiated against the Canadian, without having to first go through the "Sounding Board".

In addition, Lemieux has been provisionally suspended for Game 4, which takes place tomorrow Saturday.
