The 29-year-old defenseman might face disciplinary action for an incident which occurred on October 10.
Proceedings have been initiated against David Sklenička due to a potential unsportsmanlike conduct as well as a potential violation of IIHF rule 40, Physical Abuse of Officials.
The defenseman has appeared in 14 games for EV Zug, recording four goals and six assists.
