The 19-year-old forward is under investigation for an incident that occurred in the game against EHC Winterthur on November 21.
Janick Liechti might face a suspension for a potential hit to the head of EHC Winterthur's Jan Hornecker in the 39th of play in Tuesday's championship game.
Liechti, who is under contract with the SCL Tigers, has put up two goals and two assists in 23 regular-season games for the Bellinzona Rockets.
