Rockets' Alessandro Villa provisionally suspended

The SIHF opened an investigation against Villa after he boarded EHC Visp's Evgenï Chiriaev.

Due to boarding, Alessandro Villa will at least be suspended for one game. In the meantime, proceedings have been initiated in order to establish whether the young defender will be further suspended. The incident occurred in the 50th minute of the game between the HCB Ticino Rockets and EHC Visp on January 10.
